Hi, I'm Desiree.
I’ve been pet sitting for local families for over four years, based in Chillicothe, Illinois, and offering in-home care around Peoria, Dunlap, Peoria Heights, and surrounding areas. I know how much it means to have someone check in on your pet when you can’t be there. Pet Care by Desiree is about making those everyday moments a little easier—for you and your furry friend.

I care for dogs and cats, and I’m open to caring for other animals, too—I love them all! I’m new to farm-animal care but willing to learn. Let’s discuss your animals’ needs and make sure I’m a good fit before confirming care.
Let’s meet first
We can arrange an in-home visit beforehand so I can meet you and your pets, learn their routine, and see where their food and supplies are kept. If time is limited, we can go over everything on a FaceTime call instead.
Photo updates, always
I’ll send photo updates throughout the day while caring for your pets, so you can see how they’re doing while you’re away.
